Happy Valentines Day!

Nyah's first Valentines Day was not so much pink and red as it was white. Hit with our first snowstorm of the season, Nyah spent her V-day indoors with the people who love her most - Mommy and Daddy (playing hookey from work).

Her first Valentine's gift was not roses or chocolate, but a big Mylar baloon and two plush hearts that say "Kisses" and "Be Mine". She wanted a rose (she told me) but we couldn't get out in the snow. She definitely enjoyed ripping the petals off of her Grandma's and Mommy's roses though!

No boys came round this year with sentiments of love - whew! With any luck V-day will be like this till she is married!
