Nyah's first Christmas was very merry! Not the winter wonderland we were hoping for but a wet wonderland. We woke up and opened one present before breakfast, then after breakfast everyone sat down to open gifts. The tree had something for everyone so it was a fun family moment!
At the end of it Nyah sat in a pile of toys, clothes, books, puzzles, dolls, stuffed characters and wrapping paper! Nyah needed a little help unwrapping the gifts but we managed to get them all open.
She was definitely overwhelmed with the number of new items put before her but her favorite so far seem to be the train, and puzzles. She gives her Elmo, Giant Pooh and Andrea Alma doll a kiss in the mornings now and bangs her puzzle pieces together like a pair of cymbals!
Her biggest gift? Pooh (see above). Her smallest gift? A Ball. Her loudest gift? Bilingual singing Elmo or the puzzle pieces/cymbals it's a toss up!
All in all a lovely first Christmas!
